The Cottage

We booked The Cottage for wedding accommodation and Graham and Louise were brilliant. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfy. Breakfast was great too. Graham was quick to respond to our queries prior to our stay and allowed us to check in early so we could prep for the wedding. Nothing was too much trouble. We would have no hesitation staying again. Thanks for everything.

Attended a family wedding at Merrydale Manor so the Cottage B&B was a perfect location , only 4miles , 10 minutes away , midnight taxi cost £15. The contemporary rooms are a very good size and very comfortable and clean. We were met by Graham the owner who couldn't have been more helpful or friendly . The Cottage also has a bar and a comfortable lounge area for a quick drink before heading off . Lots of options for Breakfast in the morning and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Stayed 2 nights at the cottage for a friends wedding. Absolutely lovely and very helpful hosts. Even offered to be dropped at the wedding venue. Lovely large room and scrumptious breakfast with a nice view of the livestock over the road. Clean, tidy throughout. Definitely recommend for what ever the activity. Very happy.
