Room’s reasonable, staff efficient and friendly. Izzy.s particularly helpful. Sadly golf course not in great condition, grass too long and greens verticut without any announcement of that.

Played a round of golf the course was lovely. Thanks to Izzy S in Barneys, her service was lovely and she’s a credit to the hotel.

We booked a 2 night stay last October for my sons wedding and 4 weeks prior we were asked for any specific requests. We requested a twin bed formation which was agreed but when we arrived this hadnt been done. We were then told that our roon couldnt accomodate this request. Initially we were told that nothing could be done but the manager did sort it in the end. We had to wait nearly 2 hours from check in to getting our room but we were offered a complimentary drink. We booked the breakfast on both days for £12 and it was incredible. Good quality food and a great choice. The rooms are quite small with no air con just a small cheap fan but they were relatively clean. We also ate in Barneys and again the food was great. All of the staff were amazing, super helpful and happy apart from the guy behind the desk after hours. He basically accused us of lying when he wanted to charge us £15 for breakfast and denied any offer of £12.00. He wasnt helpful at all and in my opinion shouldnt be dealing with customers with such a bad attitude. But that aside the stay was good.
