I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room and facilities were decent, but the staff really stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness. In particular, Pam was fantastic in catering to my nut allergy and made sure I felt completely comfortable and looked after. It was such a relief not to have to worry about my allergy during my stay. A big thank you to Pam and the whole team for making my stay easy and enjoyable!

We are regular visitors to this Premier Inn and it is our go to one when visiting family in the area. The staff are always lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Pam made this stay extra special, she was so friendly and the right amount of chatting, she is an asset to the hotel.
