Everything, from the exceptional welcome to the exceptional breakfast was amazing. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable with blackout curtains to ensure a great nights sleep. The location was great with only approx. a 10 min walk into the centre where there are shops, pubs and restaurants. The owners Jeanette and Stephen could not be more friendly and helpful, where you felt more like friends than paying guests. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice including freshly picked fruit and all local produce used. I could not recommend this establishment high enough, was exceptional and will be back again

A lovely place to stay, located perfectly on the outskirts of Betws Y Coed. Jeanette and Steve made me feel welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The room was ideal with en-suite facilities and everywhere was extremely fresh and clean. This was only a short stay but based on my experience I will certainly be returning for longer next time.
