Business trip. This hotel is in need of refurbishment. It's clean but rooms are dated, no air con . As others have stated the “hot” breakfast is under self service bain maries, not hot… Restaurant meals are a bit expensive if not booked as full board basis Hotel Parking is limited, get there early or its parking on the road, if you can find a space for £10. Would not stay again on business, premer inn is over the road.

We booked the family suite which consists of two rooms interconnected. The first is a large double with a large bathroom with bath. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv, tea making facilities and an ironing board and fan. The second room is a small twin with its own tv. Although dated the room was clean, comfortable beds and was serviced on the second day. We were on the 2nd floor with views of the beach. The hotel was very quiet We had no noise issues. Breakfast is sufficient with hot buffet, Cereals and pastries. The swimming pool is great, I had read mixed reviews but my son loved it. On the Sunday afternoon it was empty. Lovely jacuzzi and they provide towels. Bathrobe in room for adults to walk down and you don't need to leave the hotel. The only downfall is the parking, there was no spaces available in the hotel carpark. Outside the hotel on the side street you can only park for 90.mins. however on the seafront it's £10 for the day from 10am to 4pm but a Saturday in August it's impossible to get one before the evening. We had to park in the train station which is about 7 min walk but you cannot top up your parking. We ended up moving our car to the front late that evening. I'd recommend staying here and would return but just prepare yourself for the parking.

Ate on a Saturday night - we didn't book . Sat in a window seat - nice views of Llandudno pier. Sevice was ok. The waitress was a bit sharp and to the point. The food was ok .... fish was a bit tasteless - portions were ok - my husband would probably have appreciated more chips - I think there were about ten on his plate. Average experience.
