Pleasant hotel with great staff and delightful views food was excellent with the exception of of the chicken wrap which was very bland and tasteless

Most everything about our stay gave a glimpse into the upscale experience of the victorian era. The staff is excellent and very willing to provide for your needs. A special shout out goes to Kyle at the front desk who went over and beyond assisting us at checkin. While we did not get their names, the young man and young lady who manned the Penderyn bar were also superb. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Our bathroom was large and the shower was great. The food in the restaurants was very good.

I had my baby shower here in July 2026, absolutely amazing venue, room, service, food. Can’t fault anything. The day was just perfect.
