BIO HAZARD BIO HAZARD BIO HAZARD Stayed for 3 nights in room 203, never ever again. Niceities first Staff friendly and breakfasts lovely. NOT SO NICE Haphazard check in, pick your keys from the pile on reception desk. Stairs, narrow and steep, ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD FOR THE INFIRM/DISABLED/ELDERLY. Once inside room it is plainly obvious cleaning is not high on housekeepings priorities. Dust is thick on everything, its been there months/years and to run your fingers on top of mirrors, lights etc gives a massive furry dust covered finger. The back of beds, cupboards etc are thick in years worth of dust. The walls are a mixture of vinyl and matt emulsion where they have been patched up over the years leaving a random stripe effect to the walls. The electrics, judge for yourselves with the TV wiring picture. THE REAL BIO HAZARD. The shower room, well thats not seen a deep clean THIS CENTURY so far. Thick BLACK MOULD on the door seals, grout and ceiling. Extractor fan, FILTHY. Toilet flush, hanging off. Shower room door has to be kicked HARD to get out. Toilet paper, the cheapest, poorest paper i have ever seen in my 68 years. The beds were “made” daily, see pictures and judge for yourself!! The pillow was a nice shade of beige from years of sweat( see pictures) The mattress, the lumpiest mattress I have ever experienced, God knows what its like underneath the sheets, YUK!! The sign in the bathroom said towels changed after 2 nights, left them out for change, never happened. Bins(including the soiled item bin in the shower room) left not emptied. Cups never washed, glasses neither. Carpets in room and public areas filthy. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HAD YOUR JABS BEFORE A STAY AT THE POST HOUSE

Entry level hotel. Dirty, not cleaned, not maintained. Not recommended at all.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were very polite. I would definitely be returning.
