Lovely quiet hotel, reception staff really made my experience amazing! So welcoming on arrival and always said morning and evening as we left and arrived. The room was very clean and warm. Could not have stayed in a better premier inn!

Access to this part of the building was through a fire door, unfortunately our room was near this so we heard a lot of the door slamming in the evenings and early mornings. Despite requesting more shower gel as this was empty, (unfortunately this isn’t noticed until you try and use it) and requesting more towels upon returning to our room in the evening they hadn’t been replaced and replenished. Also the restaurant next to this Premier Inn has now changed ownership and was very disappointing particularly breakfast. However the room was clean.

Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Breakfast available in pub next door but not related to Premier Inn so free breakfast offer on website was not valid here. Reception staff were lovely and so professional. Room was on ground floor and was a premier one so nice touches with the coffe machine and faster wifi but could hear all the nocturnal activities in the room above so didn't sleep well. Sound proofing needs attention.
