very central - opposite maritime museum and easy walk to restaurants; right by the harbour. Room very basic but clean and walking distance of town centre. Paul was very welcoming and helpful; he gave us the room key and key tag to open the front door. We were on the 1st floor; no lifts. . Clean bath room with good shower. Don't expect a kettle. We had snacks and drinks with us...before exploring the town - where there are scores of restaurants.

A lovely spot and a brilliant room in the heart of Falmouth. Paul was incredibly accommodating and upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise when I arrived! I ended up staying an extra night so I could sit in the window and do some writing, which was an absolute treat :) Great location, lovely room, fantastic value for money, and probably one of the best baths I've had in a long time. Thanks, Paul! Love the vibe you are creating :)
