B&B located in a residential area of Penzance. Excellent accommodation with a spacious and bright room. Excellent daily cleaning. Good sleep quality, despite the street already being busy early in the morning. Get comfortable for breakfast: everything arrives and it is very good! Free parking on the street, but try not to park near the trees because of the seagulls.

We particularly liked the ambiance of this guesthouse, exceptionally clean, tasteful, and the rooms were furnished with dedication. The friendly gentleman of the house personally prepares the desired breakfast, which is rather simple. There is a steep staircase to manage, which must be considered if one has problems with it. The bus stop is not far away.

Had an enjoyable couple of days here. Michelle and Nigel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb with cooked made to order. Parking along the road outside was easy. Near to town one way and the sea the other. Fresh milk in the room for tea. Only criticism towels not changed so damp when used the next day. Step up into bathroom on which my wife managed to stub her toe in the night, which turned out later to be fractured, still painful 2 months later.
