Arrived later than expected but still enough to get a meal (8.40pm) to be told by the receptionist that the kitchen was closed! She was not very helpful and particularly unsmiling!

Great loacation, clean rooms, staff were all friendly and helpful. Jenny was superb ! we were up for a family bereavement in and it was also our wedding anniversary which Jenny had remembered from the previous week of us staying after a conversation and left us a gift and note which in the circumstances made my wife smile which was lovely to see.😃 I wasn’t very happy when we had to extend for a extra evening and the reservations team over the phone charged me the more expensive rate after spending close to £1200 over a 2 week period I would have thought they would have helped us a little bit but hey ho. 🤷‍♂️ Overall the stay was good and all staff were brilliant. Thank you 🙏
