Lodore Falls Hotel

Had such an amazing stay, the hotel, spa and restaurants were immaculate and the staff were all lovely. The location and surroundings are gorgeous, can’t wait to be back!

Calamitous check-in, worst breakfast I’ve had in 40 years but a fantastic evening meal with great service from one staff member in particular. We booked to have our wedding reception and most guests stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were organised by the weddings team, or so we thought until we checked in! Most of the rooms were mixed up, some people paying for other people’s rooms, no welcome drink and cake as promised. It was a stressful start that neednot have happened. They did come good on our wedding day and we were well looked after we made a strong complaint.

Fabulous food and staff. Great location and spa . Amazing lakeside setting with wonderful views , walking and access to the ferry
