Host Rob let us check in early by prior arrangement. The location is brilliant 2 minute walk to main shops & restaurants in Windermere. 2 minute walk to Bus stop for buses all over the lakes. Breakfast was lovely cooked to order. The bed was very comfy and the little tub chairs and TV were an added bonus. The bus service to Bowness was brilliant if you don't want to make the 20 min walk back up the hill. We found there was lots to do and the scenery beautiful.

We had a 3 night stay here. Robert and Becky were very hospitable and chatty with tips on where to go and things to see. The room was very clean and spacious enough. The shower cubicle is a bit small with low water pressure but its adequate enough. Breakfast good with local produce and ask for more if you need it. Location is fantastic right near Windermere centre and about 20 min walk down to Bowness to get the boats. Would go back definitely.
