Exceptional stay from start to finish. The best spa we have ever been to - immaculate, great range of rooms including the DIY face mask bar which was fab. All areas really well thought out, high quality fixtures and fittings and well thought out layout. Lovely cocktails with poolside service, staff constantly checking and replenishing amenities. The leisure club also really nice. The hotel welcome was lovely, very friendly. The room was clean, spacious with ESPA products, bed was huge. Beautiful grounds to walk around including the secret garden and fire pit which we wished was lit! We ate in the W restaurant for dinner and breakfast -very busy but food plentiful and high quality. What stood out to us through the whole stay was the staff - every single one was working so hard but seemed happy and appreciated, they were so friendly and professional -it is a very rare thing to find that these days and it really was noticed. Highly recommended, we will be back.

Paddleboards, single kayak and a double kayak for our family of 5. 2 adults, 3 kids aged 12/10/7. The staff were all really polite and helpful, not intimidating or anything like that, all friendly and showing us where to go and what to do. We’re not beginners but also not super confident and they all just made the experience feel super welcoming and fun. Great equipment, great facility.

A team of professionals were pleased to see us and they looked after us immaculately. We had a great session water skiing on a very flat lake, Jacob was very supportive and encouraging.
