Fraser Place Queens Gate

I booked the executive studio. The hotel is great location, a bit on the expensive side. The room was super comfortable and spacious. Beds were amazing. Bathroom was good, spacious with many shelves for my amenities. The one thing that really made my stay special was the staff of the hotel. From the room service and cleaning staff, to the reception staff. A huge thank you for making my stay special, and I appreciate every one of you: Jamal, Amy, Nira, Chinmaya, Saeed, Ai, and Bambito. You are the best.

Overall not a pleasant experience. We, being senior people, requested for a room to be not on the lower ground floor since the access was only by using the stairs. Instead of politely declining, they avoided the matter by saying that they will allot the said room the next day. They asked us to pack the bags and leave them in the room and that they will shift then to the next room while we were out for the day. Upon returning we got to know that nothing was done as such and we had to go through the ordeal of unpacking and packing our stuff again. Moreover, the air conditioner in one of the rooms stopped working. We requested for a room change. After constantly asking and reminding them, they did so only after another 2 nights, a night before our check-out. On top of that, the housekeeping was serviceable once every 2 days. A couple of rooms in this reservation never got it. It's highly unprofessional for a property like this to have a service like this. Special mention for the Dep. Manager on Duty, Emma Rathbone, who jumped and made things even worse. I don't think I'll ever come back or recommend other for a stay at Frasers Suites.

Ideally located in the central district of Kensignton. A short walk from Glouchester Road and South Kensington tube stations making it easily accessible from Heathrow. A 3-5 min walk from the Natural History museum and Imperial college, 10 min walk from Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park, 25 min walk from Harrod's make it ideal for a tourist. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, service is efficient and warm. We were ably assisted by the team, especially Ms. Chinmaya.
