The Queens Gate Hotel

We stayed at Queens Gate Hotel for one night as we had tickets for the Royal Albert Hall. This Hotel was very well situated just a few minutes away. When we arrived the reception was very welcoming and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also had a pre theatre dinner that was absolutely delicious and we were looked after by Luis who was very efficient and friendly. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

The Queens Gate Hotel is a gem. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants, shops. Near Kensington Palace and gardens. Near an underground station. Away from the hustle and bustle of London proper. But located near all the major sights a short tram ride away. Our second visit. We stayed two years ago and couldn’t wait to go back. Breakfast options plentiful and delicious. Our hotel room and bed so comfortable and clean. Complimentary water bottles in our room and fruit. The concierge service at the Queens Gate is outstanding. This trip Venky arranged our transit from airport to hotel and hotel to Dover cruise terminal. Two years ago it was Sam. All by email and months prior corresponding back and forth. I had been nervous about picking a car service but both of them did a super job and our transits were stress free! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and hope to return someday.

What a gem! This lovely hotel has all the amenities, “location, location, location” and a staff that is incredibly kind, welcoming and willing to go the distance. When we under-estimated how much time it would take to hail a cab during rush hour, Oleh literally walked into the middle of the busy street and worked both sides of the road until he successfully landed one. Talk about going the extra mile. We made it to our destination with minutes to spare thanks to him. Now that’s service!👍
