Radisson Blu Midlands Airport

Had a great stay, lovely staff, very comfortable hotel. Due to a bit of a mix up on the booking my room was the wrong type at first, but the reception team (especially Tanya) sorted it out quickly even though they were fully booked that day.

Thankyou to Jimmy on reception , always remembers us and is very helpful,thankyou to Christos also , and Tina who recommended the slow braised beef dinner, one word to describe this would be delicious, Valeria who serves at the bar is a lovely girl and finally Tina at breakfast who is very helpful, all in all as usual we had a lovely stay there, the new taxi service works well both to the airport and return, see you all next time.

I chose this hotel because it was one of the highest-rated options in the area and I was exhausted, expecting a comfortable and peaceful stay. Unfortunately, I was given an accessible room that I had not requested, and from very early in the morning there was unbearable construction noise with constant hammering that made it impossible to sleep. The lift also worked poorly, and I sometimes waited up to five minutes just to go up one floor. Overall, the experience was far below what I expected, especially considering the price I paid.
