Smart Aston Court Hotel

Solo trip for 2 nights. Location ideal - directly opposite train station. Room perfect for me and included a table fan which I couldn’t have needed more. It was 30 degrees outside. Greeted by Kumar at reception. This guy is fantastic. We met as strangers and I feel we left as brothers! He is a credit to the business. I’ll definitely be back.

I arrived at the hotel and was given my room card, I got into the room to find damp in the corner of the room so asked for another room after getting given another room that also had damp all over the walls so I reported it to them and the bloke at the desk said we have 1 more room you can have a look. So I went into the room with the bloke and the wall behind the bed was soaking wet and you could smell the damp, I was there with work and decided to leave the hotel and book another at my own expense not through work stay away from the hotel it’s also dirty the beds in all x3 rooms I was shown where covered in stains I know it’s cheap but there was no good hygiene there at all. Never again and would strongly discouraged anyone from going there

Just the worst. Booking was straight forward but the images and details are misleading. Stating things such as private parking which they don't offer. I had a terrible stay at their site. The bed had totally collapsed. The room was filthy. I had to stay 1 of the three nights I had booked as it was 10.30pm when I arrived. I made a complaint and a week later they gave me £100 back of the £156 I paid. Ever since then I have received multiple messages every day asking me to leave a review. I have asked them to stop and remove my details which they haven't. I'm pretty sure companies legally must remove your details from their files if asked. They clearly haven't done this. Absolutely terrible company.
