Another great stay at the Mansfield Alfreton Holiday Inn. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful during our stay. Thanks to Beatrice for kicking our room clean and tidy.

Excellent hotel could not faullt it. Food was great especially the breakfast, all the staff were friendly, the room far exceeded our expectation, car parking was easy. Overall a wonderful break

the hotel room was immaculate thanks to RACHEL. Dayna was a brilliant reception, very efficient and helpful. Macie was brilliant too, very efficient, helpful and really looked after us in the restaurant. I should also mention all the staff we encountered were very good. What a great example of hospitality at its best. It often saddens me to go out to restaurants , eateries and hotels and find customer service very lacking. Holiday inn, Mansfield - Alfreton has got it ! Thank you to all the staff , keep up the good work 👍
