Rainbow Lodge - Guest house

I visited Rainbow Lodge as part of a family group for 9 nights, we had 3 bungalows between 7 of us. Some of us had visited before but for my 3 grandchildren, it was their first visit. They loved every part of it from the bug spotting with Gee to playing on the river swing each day. The food was fantastic, breakfast and lunch were varied and chosen off a menu. Dinner was a buffet with a meat and vegan dish each day. Starters and deserts were bought to the table by friendly welcoming staff. Accommodation is comfortable with a balcony outside each bungalow complete with chairs and hammock. We had 2 main trips out with Pi Room and Jake, one to a beach where we spent hours in the warm water before eating lunch on the shore and the other to the mangroves where we went clam fishing in shallow waters before kayaking between the trees and stopping on the way back for an impromptu game of football on a warm sand bar. We also had time for a couple of visits to Tatai waterfall for a natural massage from the water and swim in the large pools.

Once again, we had a lovely stay in Rainbow lodge with my family and we are very happy to have very friendly service as usual. Hope to see you soon. Thank you for everything. We really recommend this family run B&B to everyone.

This lovely bed and breakfast is hosted by Cheryl and Sue who were very caring and considerate when I stayed here this month. Our room was spacious in quiet part of the city close to all amenities. Although, at the time, our room had a slight problem following days of torrential rain Cheryl was honest, apologetic and very up front in immediately pointing this out. When, later in our break, my son was feeling poorly, we were given good advice and offered help if needed. Would definitely return here.
