We were here on our second stay as a couple. The location is secluded, which we like as it is so quiet and peaceful! The rooms are up to date, very clean and tidy. The beds are big and comfortable. Rooms are also daily cleaned and everything is well stocked. The atmosphere is friendly and homely. Hilary makes you feel right at home, she is so lovely and welcoming, great! Now, the food! Food is of a great standard, it is delicious and fresh. Local produce and nothing cheap, great quality. And there's always plenty of it. The location is wonderful, the views are amazing. The grounds are well kept and tidy. The location is also right where you want to be, Cornwall is a stones throw away, and very close to the town of Tavistock. You really couldn't ask for more. I've said it before and will say it again, this is the best place we've stayed and we've stayed in a lot of places. We will be back! Booking directly with Hilary is recommended

Beera Farmhouse is run by a caring couple who love to make your stay memorable. Hillary is a great chef and offers a terrific breakfast as well as an amazing dinner. The farmhouse is beautifully situated in a quiet rural location, but one can still easily get to local highlights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wholeheartedly recommend a stay. The room had a good bed, lot's of natural light and a nice view and the price was very reasonable. Do check out the dinners, we found both dinners to be better than the local restaurants. Homecooked with local ingredients with love and dedication, simply amazing. Rural charm, a warm welcome and beautiful sights what's not to love.

A beautiful location, all you can hear are birds singing and the farm animals, it’s a great location to go to the north & south coast and into Cornwall. The host Hilary is so welcoming, with the cream tea on arrival, the breakfasts are superb, a great choice and it’s cooked freshly for you. Our room was beautiful, clean, comfortable bed, with a great view. Great value, far me this B&B out shines any big hotel chain by miles, honestly we couldn’t fault it, and definitely plan to return.
