Yeoman's Acre Bed & Breakfast

Just returned from a week long stay in Hollie Cottage, could not fault it. Myself and my wife plus our dog Jack thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is exactly as described, and spotlessly clean and comfortable. We could not ask for more, the area is extremely beautiful, and if you have a dog, there are plenty of walks locally. The coastal town of Seaton is only 2 Miles away, with all the facilities you need. Lyme Regis and Sidmouth are not far away. We will return.

We had a lovely week with our dog Teddy. Nice walks nearby and of course the beaches are dog friendly, in fact the pubs are also dog friendly which was great. We loved the Harbour, food was really good. Rose cottage was wonderful it had everything you would need. Bed very comfortable, shower is great and there’s all you need in the kitchen. There is a lovely enclosed little courtyard with tables & chairs ideal for the dog to potter around while you have a glass of wine.

Just stayed at Hollie cottage the property was excellent it had everything you needed it was very clean the bathroom was excellent very modern and spacious nice white fluffy towels and toiletries supplied the bed was very comfy with crisp white bedding the walled garden was also lovley a very tidy property inside and out .we also received a very warm welcome from the owners .we took our little dog billy even he got a welcome pack this property is beautiful and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone well worth a visit had excellent pub just across the road as well what more could u want .seaton was just mile or so away and sidmouth wasn’t far also west bay excellent location we would definitely go again
