Lovely Victorian guesthouse within an easy walk to the seafront. We were made to feel very welcome as were our labradors by Paula, Jeff and Molly the dog. The bedroom was thoughtfully decorated and the bed & pillows very comfortable, there was even a small fridge with a cold bottle of water inside. Thank you very much, we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and will definitely be returning. The Wellingtons

We had the most incredible stay at 74Belgravia over the Bank Holiday weekend. Rooms were very reasonably priced and breakfast was fantastic. Jeff and Paula went above and beyond for all guests, checking in throughout breakfast and even texting us personal ideas for how to get the most out of Torquay. We got to select our breakfast from a long list of items the night before and when we showed up at the agreed breakfast time, toast, water and coffee was ready for us. I cannot fault this B&B at all, and will absolutely be back. Not just for their gorgeous dog, molly 😉

Stayed two nights, very good value for the money. Breakfast lovely and plentiful. Room comfortable and all you need.. nice touch to have a fridge. Owners friendly and clearly want you to enjoy your stay. Easy walk to the beach and town. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you !
