Highly recommend this hotel The bar & restaurant staff are very friendly & could not be more helpful The spa is beautiful, clearly recently renovated & to a high level Room comfortable however I cannot give 5* as every morning (Inc Sunday) we were woken at 7.50am by housekeeping banging & crashing outside our room. Fully understand they have a lot to do but doors slamming, trolleys being banged about & hoovers being run at that hour is not great.

Perfect! The location is great for walking into St Helier and down to the beach (8-10 min walk). The hotel room was modern and spacious - newly renovated with a seating area and dressing area. Lovely modern rain shower. The housekeeping staff were excellent, each day the room looked as it had on our first day - clean, tidy with everything shining and everything replenished. Restaurant and Kitchen staff were exceptionally helpful - I need to book an afternoon for someone with allergies - they worked around it with no fuss and the tea was fabulous. Spa facilities are good - nice size pool for a hotel, steam room, jacuzzi, plunge pool etc - very nice complex where we could go outside to the well maintained garden after our swim. Even the loungers were comfortable! I had 2 spa treatments whilst there - the staff were friendly and helpful and the treatments were good quality. All of the staff, without exception, were friendly, smiley and couldn't do enough to help.

A fantastic week at De France, Jersey. Great location with a direct bus outside, shuttle bus available or 20min walk. The room was comfortable and clean. We had air conditioning and a lovely view over the front of the hotel. Breakfast was great, a superb buffet selection. Hash browns and eggs available to order and very polite staff. They put a real effort into welcoming and Sophie was particularly helpful at breakfast and evening meals. Food very reasonable and you can eat in or outside. The spa area is excellent and free to use for hotel guests. The gym is an added bonus - but we were caught out as it closes in the middle of the day (but think it is a separate business to the hotel), equipment is good. A short journey from the airport, a great hotel and would stay again.
