Best Western Royale

Pleasant enough hotel. The location is great and, for the price, it was very reasonable. The only issue was the sofa bed for the kids, it was impossible to sleep on, the mattress was wafer thin and you could feel every bar underneath it. All credit to the staff who tried to rectify the situation, especially Alex. However, you can't expect anyone to sleep on those old sofa beds. Everything else was fine, it was clean, the staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Very big clean room with microwave fridge and air conditioning. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about and very good value. We would definitely stay there again

Bournemouth ibis styles wasn't a good experience. We where there for a birthday weekend. Unfortunately place is not what we expected. Rooms a very noise, we could hear everything from the other rooms, either what they talk! Isn't good if you want to sleep, bed are very comfortable + aircon is nice in a hot weather but doesnt switch of you want too, is not a mini bar available inside the room, what i thought it should be! Also lift is stremelly small to fit a wheelchair user + upstairs 3 floor was all carpet, for a wheelchair user wasnt a good experience, also to be able to leave the place we need to acess another small wall lift and very difficult to do it as were things, rubbish bags and pallets near the wheelchair lift acess, no much room to get out of the lift! + a small step on the door to go out! ! Very difficult and scary, would not recommend it to any family with wheelchair user! Rooms are not clean daily + same of staff is lovely, same are very rude or careless, not offer much information or help, just dont care! People that works on the breakfast was wonderful + Judy was wonderful! Breakfast was not the best as was mostly same everyday! But was food. I definitely wouldn't stay here ever again! I would not recommend to any friend, family. The price is to much for what its offered.
