Commodore Hotel

This place is a hidden gem 💎. What more could you want. A sea view to die for, a terrace that is comfortable and spectacular at the same time. The staff are professional and personable. Mainly due to the management team. Greeneking have many venues but this is one not to be missed. Thanks ☺️ team x I will be back!

had a lovely time with friends, drinks were well priced and the bartender, joel, was very nice. The beach location is also great!

£255 for a 2 night stay - room only. A complete rip off and disappointment. My stay was not special. Room was not serviced during our stay. No shower gel all weekend despite asking staff. Bathroom towels were not replaced nor was the room serviced. Teabags opened from previous guest. Also had previous guest's dental floss stuck to my trousers. Mouldy ceilings in shower. This is more of a dated guest house from the 90s. Creaky floors. Dirty floor behind beds. No proper air con, just an old school fan. Somebody tried to get into our room with their key in the night time. I'd avoid it, it's not worth the money. Function went on longer than 11pm. You could get something exactly the same poor condition for a fraction of the price elsewhere in Bournemouth. As a measure, I'd say Fawlty Towers is an absolute luxury 5 star in comparison.
