Croham Hotel

Awful hotel, rude staff avoid like the plague. First room had mould, second room faulty Shower screen and was unclean. Had a problem in the night and went to see the night Porter, on leaving room the hotel smelt strongly of cannabis. Night Porter failed to resolve our issue or address the drug problem. The day staff the following morning were unhelpful and rude. Hotel is that bad we paid for two nights but left after the first and moved to a nearby hotel. When we tried to get our money back the Croham have refused and been nothing but unhelpful.

Before booking this Hotel, go out shopping and buy Home Alone 2 on DVD. Go home and pop it in the DVD player. Fast forward to 1 hour, 29 minutes and 30 seconds and hit play for the most accurate review of the Croham.

Very disappointing. This hotel has the worst staff / customer service that I have come across in 15 years of traveling. I would advise anyone looking for a short stay to avoid and try one of the local competitors instead
