Very disappointed in this hotel. Considering the price, it is tatty and badly needs a refurb. We paid £315/night for a superior family room which could accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. There were only 3 of us and the room still felt too small. The beds were comfortable I will say, and spotlessly clean, but only one t bag and no milk, and NO FRIDGE!! Am I expecting too much, is this the norm for British hotels??
Breakfast was just about adequate, bar food was cold (even the soup!!), but we had a very tired little boy with us and I am partly disabled so we thought eating in the hotel would be best for us in this heat.
We came away thinking a premier inn would have been better. Staff were OK, but seemed understaffed all ways round.
Sorry DD, we most certainly won’t return.
