East Cliff Cottage Hotel

A huge shoutout to Jamal at the East Cliff Hotel! He was incredibly professional, efficient, and attentive during my recent visit. Even when the hotel was busy, he managed everything with total grace and made sure every guest felt valued. His hospitality made a great trip even better. Thank you, Jamal, for your outstanding service!

I do not recommend this hotel at all. I booked for our wedding anniversary, I booked the non refundable rate as I believed at the time we would be going, however, we got hit either way the terrible news that my husbands kidney cancer had returned and he needed to start treatment immediately. Given this news we asked the hotel if they would be willing to waiver the cost and provide a refund. I provided proof of my husbands diagnosis but they never responded to the numerous emails I sent. You would like to think that a business, given enough notice would show a bit of compassion to their customers but sadly for me this wasn’t so. Very disappointed.

Very dirty, lots of building work and not worth the price, lots of noise from 8am . Avoid
