Hotel Piccadilly

Disgusting customer service. They don't tell customers there's a camera operating in the hotel car park on behalf of Park&Control. Just got £100 PCN through post because we overstayed 20min limit on Sunday afternoon dropping someone off in the hotel. Absolute greedy melts. Signs telling you to pay are not visible at first glance either. This establishment is run by cowboys. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Stains on the bed and on the wall in 3/4 rooms we had and also very very rude straff the manager was kinda racist against us so we left after one day!

Anybody looking through TripAdvisor, would be hard pushed to find a reasonably priced hotel in Bournemouth that didn't have some terrible reviews. We needed 2 hotel rooms for 1 night only, and it was a late decision to stay over rather than drive home. I chose The Piccadilly based on reviews on a hotel booking site, which were much better than those on here. Check in was easy, and handled by a pleasant young lady The rooms were clean and airy, as was the bathroom, linens were clean, and there were plenty of clean towels for the 2 of us. Whilst we didn't eat or drink at the hotel, it looked clean and tidy around the reception area. This is not the most modern of hotels, and it is not the Ritz, but neither are the prices. I would not hesitate to stay there again. My only gripe, and it's not specific to this hotel, is having to pay for parking.
