Premier Inn Bournemouth Westcliffe

Booked two nights stay ,arrived met by a bad tempered Chinese looking man who definitely didn’t have any people skills and no manners ,room was filthy especially bathroom whoever is doing cleaning is not a cleaner,anyway had a lovely evening with my son in a different restaurant but came back to hotel bar which unfortunately was taken over by Irish travellers so left bar and headed to bed ,got woken up at 2am by massive banging noise ,couldn’t work out where it was coming from ,obviously complained next morning to ignorant lump on reception who sat there looking into space and looked at me as I didn’t even exist ,at this point I gave key card back and left hotel so didn’t stay the second night,I now think premier inn is actually worse then travel lodge ,are these hotels franchises they have become disgusting dumps

Excellent location for accessibility to both Westbourne and Bournemouth. The breakfast is top rate with lots of choices. We are frequent visitors to this area and we highly recommend the Premier Inn.

Great comfortable stay and the receptionist was so lovely on our arrival. Rooms were perfectly clean and the breakfast was lovely.
