Lovely staff, both at reception and in the restaurant/bar areas. We booked a sea view family room on the top floor. The view was absolutely fantastic and great to be able to step out on the the balcony to enjoy it. The decor in the main areas of the hotel was beautiful but the room was in desperate need of updating. The furniture was all very old/ damaged IKEA and the beds were also old, you could feel the springs. The bathroom however was relatively new and was lovely. Signs in all the corridors state that they are in the process of refurbishing so I would like to return when this is completed. Breakfast was great. Lovely dining room, great selection and quality. Pool area was lovely and kept very tidy.

Another great stay in this wonderful hotel. Great location and lovely evening meal. The swimming pool is a real bonus in the summer

We had a lovely evening at the Cumberland Hotel for the Bob Marley tribute. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. There was plenty of food on offer and, although it was just okay for us, there was lots of choice. The music was brilliant and the Bob Marley tribute act was fantastic. Overall, a really enjoyable evening and one we would happily do again! 🌴🎶 massive thanks to Edward
