The Living Room

My friend & I stayed for 2 nights in room 1 which is charming, spacious & the bathroom facilities excellent with walk in shower. The twin beds are comfortable as is the bedding & pillows. There is an in depth information pack in a cute bag hanging on the wardrobe door which also contains a short history of this B & B, its owners & a little about Teresa & Zac (present owners) A kettle, tea/coffee & hot chocolate on tray in room & home made cookies which are available on the landing were delicious. Teresa & Zac (proprietors) are friendly, helpful & nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast choice is comprehensive & cooked well. The location is great, ten minutes walk from the beach & Westbourne is about 5mins walk with lots of shops & restaurants. Open top bus stops near & it goes to Sandbanks one way & Boscombe the other, a great way to see the coast. All in all a great B & B and look forward to returning one day. 4th B&B I’ve used in Bournemouth in last four weeks. Great place this and slightly away from the town centre which made it quieter. Beach close by and village centre as well. Staff very welcoming and pleasant. Land lady even made me a sandwich as I was up and away early before breakfast was served on my first night. An old property and a little tired in places but then again so am I. Would recommend if you are happy to be a little outside of Bournemouth town centre which has traffic noise at night

I booked an afternoon tea for a group of us to celebrate a hen party. In the run up to the day, communication was prompt. The venue is decorated tastefully and our hosts were friendly. Tasty food. A delightful relaxing afternoon. Thank you
