Premier Inn Poole Centre (Holes Bay)

Lovely clean room at the front of the hotel so had a nice view , the evening meal and breakfast was great , friendly staff doing their best even though they were over stretched

Good quite clean room with nice high bed with shower in bath rather than separate shower. Very disappointed and annoyed that restaurant closed at nine pm! No food available near so went without dinner that night!

I have stayed in many Premier Inns with my job and this is by far the worst experience. I would not recommend staying here. The fire alarm went off 3 times during the night and I spent 40 minutes standing with the other guests in the car park at 2am. Overheard comments like ‘this happens all the time’ and other guests reporting their vehicle had been broken into in the car park the night before. The restaurant is in a real state and the interior is shockingly run down. Breakfast was particilarly poor with no orange juice or packets of cereal. I will never be staying here again.
