Sherborne Hotel

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights, he was doing the Weymouth Ironman event. We instantly felt so welcome at this hotel, the manager Teresa (I hope the spelling is correct) is so lovely and we felt so at home here. My husband had to get up mega early the next day for his event and Teresa was so helpful in offering early breakfast options. We felt like nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was really interesting, such a lot of history and really detailed information about Lawrence of Arabia. Our room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The amenities in the room were well thought out and everything we needed was there. The location of the hotel is perfect too, it’s so close to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back to this hotel and would like to thank Theresa and her family for a lovely stay.

This is a charming hotel right on the sea front run by delightful hosts . The hotel is themed around Lawrence of Arabia as there is a family connection . It has a fascinating living room on the 1st floor, with a balcony overlooking the beach, and many interesting artefacts ,amongst them a large sphinx . Giant ferns give it the feel of a Victorian conservatory . Each bedroom is themed and a lot of thought has gone into collecting relevant historical information about Lawrence himself

Lovely small family run hotel. Comfy beds, clean room, large towels plus a shower that actually worked. Fascinating decor around all rooms. Great contintal breakfast. Right on the seafront as well
