Huntingdon House Hotel

Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay where Terry and Lynne made us feel most welcome. The room was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Terry has a wealth of local knowledge which he shared with us and as a result we found many hidden gems that we would otherwise have never seen. Plenty parking. Great location. Would highly recommend.

What a lovely hotel! Spent a wonderful 3 nights here. Lynne and Terry made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great. The hotel is in an excellent location for the town of Dumfries or to explore the area of Dumfries and Galloway. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again, if we go back to Dumfries and Galloway.

Great little hotel. Terry and Lynne were fantastic hosts. The hotel is nice and quiet and within walking distance to the town centre. Terry recommended a place to eat and take in some traditional Scottish food. He was spot on. The room was cosy and the bed was sooo comfortable. We checked out in the morning after an awesome Full Scottish Breakfast and after a bit of local knowledge from Terry regarding hiking and hammock camping we were on our way. We ll definitely be back
