I stayed at this hotel on 30 September, as soon as I checked in I was told that there is no food available as they had let the chefs go on holiday, it seemed like everyone was on holiday apart from one person who was trying to do everything. I was told I could ordering a takeaway. I spoke to 2 other people, one had been there for three days and he said he's had to have takeaway's every night and was locked into the hotel, as there is no staff available apart from one person who comes back in the morning. the breakfast was appalling, you had a choice of cornflakes or rice crispy's some fresh fruit, yoghurt and toast. the room was clean that very small, everything looked a bit dated. would I stay here again, not a chance.

Location was very good easy to find. We arrived for a wedding to be greeted by a man who we later found to be the manager, he had a very unfriendly manner and was quite abrupt while we checked in , the staff which were busy was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable apart from the mattress which was not very comfortable and we found it a very restless sleep. Facilities were good .the noise was not good as the road noise was constant. The value we thought was not so good rather on the expensive side for what we got. The overall opinion was we could get better value elsewhere and probably better service . Wouldn't stay again as everything was to much trouble for the manager.

I was attending a wedding reception at the SURE hotel and stayed there for two nights. The rooms were spacious , bright and very clean. Management ensured everything was handled properly during the reception and in the mornings for breakfast. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
