I wish I could give zero stars for this place i Booked in December last year for July 2024 well in advance for a few days getaway with family and just over a month ago they cancel. Which is utterly ridiculous, there's an event happening in Brighton so finding elsewhere is very difficult. It seems to me they noticed there is an event so want to get more money. Would not trust them for any future bookings for any of your hotels.

My partner booked this hotel and when I read the reviews I really wasn't looking forward to this stay, but I was totally surprised..we had a issue at the beginning where they checked someone into our room but was quickly rectified. The room itself is decent, nice bed, a TV, kettle, iron, nice size bathroom with hot water, towels shower gel shampoo the lot. It's not a 5 star hotel but you get what you pay for and I'd be happy to stay there again!

Booked this hotel for one night to stay with friends. Where do I start? On arrival, a suspicious looking man appeared in the doorway and was very funny about us checking in. You couldn’t open the door fully to our room because they had squeezed the third bedroom into a clearly too small room. The carpet was coming up at the corners. There was black mould around the whole shower. When I tried to speak to someone about the state of our room the staff were rude and unhelpful. They have been rude ever since as I feel I’ve been ripped off. Avoid this hotel at all costs, they should be ashamed at the state of their rooms and their appalling customer service.
