Hilton Brighton Metropole Hotel

Great overnight stay lovely staff, great food and room spotless

Being a Hilton member and having travelled a lot - we chose this hotel for a short stay with my husband. I booked the hotel for two nights. We were given a tiny room overlooking a wall (450). It was a struggle for two people to be comfortable- this room is for one person. We asked to move to a different room and was told it would be possible but no one contacted us to arrange. The phone was also not working and someone was going to come and fix it but no one arrived. Unfortunately I have been to better Hilton’s with better service! Disappointing we won’t stay again. Due to it being our joint 50th birthday we were left a slice of cheesecake in the room with no cover, it looked awful and unhygienic! Finally the car park is overpriced. Sorry for the poor review the positive point is the location of the hotel.

Perfect location in Brighton! Ideal for hitting the beach , shopping and loads of restaurant options. We enjoyed the breakfast and amenities. Stephanie at the front desk was an absolute super star! Thanks for being so nice and helpful.
