This has to be the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. The room had an overwhelming damp feel and smell, so unpleasant that we ended up sleeping with masks on after a delayed flight. We did not unpack and our hair and clothes we had on arrival smelt until we arrived at the next location. The company refused to take responsibility and did not provide the humidifier we requested. Their responses were inconsistent, with little or no customer service. Santiago is a beautiful city, but this accommodation should be avoided for health and safety reasons. The link, however, is quite interesting.

My wife and I have just returned from a short break with 3 other couples from Brighton. We where on the top floor and spread over the other floors including the basement. All the rooms where very spacious modern furniture clean and bright. Basic essentials kettle, iron, hairdryer and nice selection of tea coffee and milk, suger. The communication was good we had a phone call the morning of are arrival to inform us that we could book in early, just give then a call when we were 20 mins away. The limehouse is informal & relaxed in a great location if you looking for room only look no further. We had breakfast at Irmas very friendly good vale just a couple of minutes away. Parking in Brighton can be a problem but you can park outside the limehouse for £10.40 but you are competing with other guesthouses. Try to book parking before you arrive we parked for 48hrs 10 minutes away for £12. I can recommend the Limehouse Thanks for a great stay.

Booked a suite in Lime House as visiting my student daughter who was having an op. Brought her back her to recover for a couple of days. The service was excellent I needed to move rooms so we could get more windows open and they were very accommodating. Lovely decor, comfy beds.igloos could be a bit plumper but overall it was very comfortable. Excellent location. You can park outside for 10.40 for 24 hours. Morris and Jacques is great for breakfast. Would definitely come again.
