Arrived early and without pre-booking parking. Was immediately directed to the hotel car park where the car remained for the duration of our visit at a very reasonable price. We were checked in and made our way to our room in the Mews part of the property. The twin room was on the small size but had everything we needed including robes, slippers, toiletries and air-con. Staff were attentive, pleasant and took the time to chat with us. A beautiful hotel with period features in an amazing location right on the seafront. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is a bit dated could do with a lick of paint in the corridors . Had six key cards whilst here cause they stop working only trouble was I had to keep walking back to reception to get new one . Which was a long walk from my room . Also air con not working for the three nights I stayed . Ask at reception to sort it out which they got maintenance to look at it . Yes it worked but no cold air coming out with the warm weather it was to hot . But the staff are very nice friendly especially Tim on night shift he was very nice and helped me with a few things I will be taking it up with the manager when I return home

Overall we had a great 2 nights stay in the hotel. We stayed in a privilege room was in the annex and joined to the rear of the hotel. We thought the room was a little dated for a privilege room and a bit small but manageable. It was clean, comfortable and had good air conditioning. One negative was that the pressure for cold water in the sink was poor and only a slow trickle. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice, all delicious with an added bonus of looking out to the sea, a great setting. The hotel staff were happy and helpful, at reception, in the bar and especially at breakfast. We’d stay again.
