One Broad Street

Really enjoyed our stay! We only stayed for one night but we're impressed. It was right in the centre of everything, near the lanes, the pier, the aquarium. The courtyard suite we stayed in was spacious enough and we enjoyed having the outside space. Having a fridge was handy. We did hear some noise overnight but nothing that really bothered us and they did provide earplugs. Bear in mind that Brighton is expensive in general. It was much more than what we would normally spend for just a one night stay. Also, if you need parking it is an expense to consider. We paid £70 extra to park at the lanes car park a 5 mins walk away for 2 days.

5th or 6th time staying here , first class rooms , brilliant location for Brighton , exceptional value - I don't consider anywhere else when I come to Brighton on business

I spent Valentines weekend with my girlfriend in Brighton and this hotel was absolutely perfect! It’s located right by Brighton pier and the room was absolutely spotless. The service was incredible with a continuous and very pleasant messaging and calling service that was available whenever you needed them. For instance, we were after loo roll quite late into the evening and the lovely team from One Broad Street got back to us immediately with where we can get some and that they could drop some to us in the morning if we still needed anything more! The service was so kind from the moment we got to the hotel, including free eye masks, chocolate love hearts (for valentine’s day!) and earplugs should they be needed which just made the atmosphere of the hotel so cozy from the get go. We will definitely stay here again together. Noise levels are set to a strict curfew which worked absolute wonders for our stay as we had a wonderful 2 night sleep uninterrupted. Overall the stay was simply fab and I couldn’t recommend it more! We can’t wait to come back when the weather is a bit better too!
