I have never left a review or felt the need to , but for the benefit of others I am moved to do so for this “company”. I booked this place for my elderly in- laws and they have had to return home on the day they arrived as no-one was around to meet them. They called the relevant contact numbers with no response until they were on the train home. Thankfully we weren’t charged , as they operate a bizarre service of confirming the booking with credit card (which I’ve now cancelled as a precautionary measure) and they send you a link to make payment before you arrive but looks so dodgy we figured we’d pay on arrival. Tried calling myself several times, using their WhatsApp as suggested in their emails.. no reply ... as far as I can gather they have no reception . I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Reserved with free cancellation, they took full payment months in advanced and when I queried this they cancelled my booking. They are ignoring my repeated emails and have not refunded me! Absolutely shocking cant believe they can run a business like this scamming people out of hard earned money!wish I had looked at other reviews before I booked.

Booked hotel, cancelled immediately as got dates wrong. They debited my account, will not acknowlwdge me to refund. Ive emailed them, Facebook messaged, phoned, and used the mobile number provided. Absolutely no response on any. Luckily I work with solicitors and they will now deal with it, but please, please, please dont book with these fraudulent crooks. Its not worth the admin hassle trying to get your money back later. The irony of it all is Ive stayed before so was re booking!!!!!
