Nancy is very kind and helpful. The location itself is also very good. The hotel is clean and has plenty of amenities.

We have been staying here every year with our family and friends . It is a lovely hotel . Location is perfect . Swimming pool is a bonus for the children . Breakfast a good selection. Hotel has a back entrance to the famous Lanes , great for a drinks, meal or shopping. Our room was clean and had everything we needed . I would recommend signing up For their loyalty card as they have some Really fab offers . We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and was looked after by Nancy , Casey and Marshall. Nancy ensured we had a great time and hospitality skills was brilliant . We can not thank the hotel staff enough for always making our trip memorable. We will BA back next year !

Excellent hotel clean and friendly perfectly located for beach front and the lane's for shopping and bars and restaurants the breakfast is fantastic eat as much as you want really tasty don't go out you won't get anywhere better they all charge similar money stay and eat
