Cavendish Hotel

A great location - lovely room with great views of the pier and seafront. Unfortunately the windows were filthy - obviously not cleaned for a long time! It was disappointing

Lovely one night stay in this traditional seaside hotel. Fantastic room with perfect seaviews. Perfect location for the pier, the bandstand and the town. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, loved that there was scrambled, boiled and fried eggs.

The worse hotel i have stayed in! Bed bug 1st night & uncomfortsble bed. Sea view room windos/door to the dirty balcony, would not open! The food dreadful little vegetarian dishes and salad awful. Sweets too cheap and nasty & the fruit salad. One bossy waitess was like a Russian! You will sit here and you will eat this awful food. Most other staff pleasant. No entertainment. Comfy bsr area only but.. you cannot have a drimk in the day! Opens 6pm... Queens Hotal opposite the pier far better... I went there in the day. Would nvr stay here ever again. Roll on going home tomorrow! .
