The Southern Spring event has been a long‑standing favourite of ours, and returning to The Grand Hotel in Brighton this April for our 90th anniversary felt particularly special. We’ve used the venue for several years now, but this year the team truly elevated the experience and delivered something exceptional. Louise, Ben, Rowan, Lizzie and George were outstanding from start to finish. They were attentive, proactive and genuinely brilliant to work alongside. What stood out most was the support they offered before the event even began — helping with setup, logistics and small details that technically sat within our responsibilities as the client. They stepped in without being asked, and without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. That level of initiative and willingness to help goes far beyond what is required, and it made a noticeable difference. The event itself was a huge success, and the feedback we received from guests reflected that. People commented on the venue, the atmosphere, the smooth running of the day and, most importantly, the staff. Their professionalism and positivity allowed everyone attending to relax and enjoy themselves, which is ultimately what matters most to us. We are incredibly grateful for the team’s hard work and the care they put into making the anniversary feel special. Their contribution deserves to be recognised, and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service, the BEST service we have ever received staying at a hotel, and we have stayed at many. Special thanks to Paul on the door, very welcoming and happy. The Grand Brighton sits majestically opposite the historic pier. The imperial flair of days gone by is still palpable, the furnishings dignified and cozy, very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special highlight of the breakfast buffet: the omelets freshly prepared by Mari! Try a little chili!
