Marine Parade Hotel

Basic hotel, but has everything you need in a room. All furnishings very modern TV WIFI very consistant. Very Friendly staff, especially Tito. Also Great location, I'll definately go back there again. Thanks.

Very cramped room , electric went off during the night no lights , water pressure extremely low , very small sink , after the first night I woke up with a horrible sore throat , a week later I still have the sore throat and congestion , be careful here , door is left open to anyone , it's not manned after 7pm .dodgy

Declined to stay, very serious Health & Safety Issues. In the en-suite lighting hanging loose, exposing wiring earthing cables not even attached and taped off, serious failures .the shower tray was covered with black mould, meaning every time you showered you were exposed to spores, very serious. The Hall carpet alone was a health hazard. Unable to find the manager I contacted him by WhatsApp and told him of my concerns, an hour later he told he had rectified the Issues, which would of been Impossible mould spores will survive in the atmosphere without a proper deep clean. I have Informed Trading standards through the correct channels, also the local council about the environmental Issues. I will follow this up with going through the small claims court for breach of contract. I have photos to support everything I have raised concerns about. So before you think about entering Into a contract with this hotel and I use that word very loosely think very carefully.
