Really good place, beautifully located by the beach. Quiet and very friendly

Excellent location across the road from the beach and The Glass House. Short walk along the promenade to the pier and town where there are good cafes, restaurants and shops. The hosts Rich and Kate are so friendly. It was a lovely 2 night stay. Very competitive price. Rooms are clean and well equipped with comfy bed. We had a balcony room overlooking the beach. And homemade cakes! Brilliant

My husband and I stayed for two nights. We booked a room with seaview, balcony and four poster bed. The room was clean and airy and the bed was very comfortable. The owners Rich and Katie were welcoming and so friendly. Katie makes delicious cakes and biscuits for guests free of charge to enjoy with a good selection of tea and coffee. The guest house is across the road from the beach and close to the pier, shops and many cafes and restaurants. Great location.
