We had a very nice stay, everything was exceptional. Hope to come back again for longer stay as soon as we can in the future.

We stayed for a Sat night in the New England bed and breakfast in Eastbourne. Clean room, fresh towels, breakfast was included in the price, and we really enjoyed the warmth and the comfort. Our room had a sea view, with a 100m distance to the beach and coastal walk. Excellent choice for a getaway in a very friendly and caring environment. The price was fair and reasonable.

Audrey was the most amazing host! The New England is beautifully run: it is immaculate on every level. Lovely rooms and the breakfast was the best ever: the best we have had in all our travels! The staff were super friendly too and all in all we had such a fabulous time. Audrey was so helpful both before and during our trip and I cannot recommend her b and b enough.
