Good hotel for one night in Hastings, but personally, we would not have stayed there for several nights. The room was comfortable and more than enough for a short stay, even if the hotel did not seem particularly clean to us. Regarding parking, there are not really any assigned spots: it is first come, first served. You must therefore take this into account if you are coming by car. For our part, we managed to find a spot right in front of the hotel, on the street. The breakfast was pretty good with several choices: English breakfast, vegetarian version, or simply toast. There was also a small continental buffet with yogurts, cereals, as well as hot drinks. Overall, a decent and comfortable address for one night, but not necessarily one we would choose for a longer stay.

Location great for us walking down to small high street and shops, and train station - quite a hill walking back but it is fine for us, staff very attentive and friendly, we did not use the bar however, when we returned in the evening there were always other guests using this facility. Room great for our need clean and spacious, comfortable tea and coffee facilities, towels and toiletries provided. Breakfast included in rate - nice simple choice and enough to get you ready for the day, breakfast area lovely bright and overlooking the garden which is a lovely area although we didn’t use it in our short 2 day trip. Value for money = when we come back to Hastings we will be back here definitely-thank you to the team

Was well surprised .Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room basic, but adequate bed ok but mattress a bit on the hard side. Breakfast good and the food in the evening was very tasty and value for money. Place was clean and tidy and nice thete was a bar and a huge garden to sit out in. Bus stop outside hotel though can walk to town in 15 mins.
